Jackie earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) in May 2008 at the University of Louisville, in Louisville, KY. She has diverse experience in the mental health field including working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and developmental disabilities (ID/DD). She has worked in schools where she has provided individual counseling, group counseling, behavior management, de-escalation techniques, and crisis response, as well as collaborated with teachers and administration. She enjoys working with individuals and couples/families.
Jackie is passionate about empowering individuals on their journey to mental well-being. She takes a compassionate approach, creating a safe space for people to explore and navigate their life challenges. She is committed to fostering resilience in those that she serves.
